How to: Format orientation.
Solution:
Select 'Page Setup...' from the 'File' menu, click the 'Page' tab, and select either the 'Portrait' or 'Landscape' radio button from the 'Orientation' group.
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Page Setup...'. (The Page Setup dialog box appears.)
2) Click 'Page' tab.
3) In the 'Orientation' group, select either the 'Portrait' or 'Landscape' radio button.
4) Click 'OK'.
